María Dolores “Lolis” Celis Rivera is an educational psychologist with training in early stimulation, neurodevelopment and multisensory literacy. She is the founder and director of MY YOGA, in Tijuana, and the creator of a yoga certification for children and adolescents registered with Yoga Alliance; since 2008 she has trained teachers in 13 Mexican states and two U.S. states. She created LECTOYOGA – Mindful Reading, a model for learning to read and write that brings together movement, multisensory experiences and mindful attention.
