About

María del Alba Alonso Santamaría holds a doctorate in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela. She was a tenured professor at the Faculty of Education of the University of Zaragoza, where she taught from 1985 until her retirement in 2020. Her research areas are early childhood education, social and intercultural pedagogy, and coeducation.
