About

Margarita Pérez Morán holds a doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences and is a full professor and senior researcher at the Central Institute of Pedagogical Sciences (ICCP) of Cuba. She teaches at the “Enrique José Varona” University of Pedagogical Sciences and advises the Latin American Reference Center for Preschool Education (CELEP), specializing in children’s rights and their protection in early childhood, the training of educational agents and the Educa a tu Hijo program. She is the author of the “Manual Casitas Infantiles” (UNICEF and the Ministry of Education of Cuba, 2021) and has provided advisory services in Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico and Honduras.
