Hernán Javier Aldana Marcos holds a degree and a doctorate in Biology from the University of Buenos Aires and specializes in neuroscience and education. He was a dean at the Universidad de Belgrano (2008–2018) and is a full professor at the Universidad de Morón and an associate professor at the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza. An expert in neuropedagogy and the neurobiology of emotions, he has 37 scientific publications, has lectured in more than 14 countries, is a TEDx speaker and works as a neuropedagogical consultant.
