Emelinda Padilla Faneytt holds a doctorate in Education from the University of Seville and has more than twenty years of experience in consulting, educational management, teaching and teacher training. She is Director of Inclusive Habilitation at the Asociación Dominicana de Rehabilitación, founder of Centro Explora and national coordinator of Convergencia para la Acción in the Dominican Republic. She is the author of “Transición de la Educación Inicial a la Primaria” and “El Poder del Silencio en la Educación Infantil”.
