Alfredo Rodolfo Tinajero is a specialist in early child development based in Canada. He was a research specialist for Latin America at Founders’ Network, the network created by Fraser Mustard, and an associate researcher at the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre in Toronto. He is the author of a study on Cuba’s early child development system published by the Brookings Institution (2010) and works as an independent consultant.
