Adrián Gustavo Rozengardt

Adrián Gustavo Rozengardt holds a master's degree in Design and Management of Social Policies and Programs and is a doctoral candidate in Social Sciences at FLACSO Argentina. He was Argentina’s National Director for Early Childhood and compiled the book “Diálogos y perspectivas sobre la primera infancia en América Latina” (Fundación Arcor, 2022). He is academic director and lecturer of the University of Buenos Aires update program on the rights of children and adolescents, and teaches postgraduate courses at several Argentine universities. He is a member of the Academic Commission of the Hemispheric Network of Legislators and Former Legislators for Early Childhood and of the Convergencia para la Acción network.
